You will meet a Valencian family born in Valencia so you will learn the real recipe from the place where the paella was originated. Get ready all the ingredients that we would have mentioned some days before, you will get information about the history dish and then let’s cook!! First steps is to stir the meet, then the vegetables and finally the rice with the water or soup. You can choose either meet paella, vegetables paella or fish paella.
