After about an hour of driving from Valencia we will make our first stop in Fanazara for the first part of the graffities. We will have a coffee in a local bar and start the walk after that. If there is a surprising town in Castellón, that is without a doubt Fanzara. Located in the heart of the Alto Mijares region, Fanzara is known as Spain’s capital of graffiti thanks to MIAU (Museo Inacabado de Arte Urbano – the Unfinished Museum of Urban Art). We will take a stroll through the narrow streets of this small town admiring the imagination of street artists who collectively produced these works of art.

Duration: 2 hours

Stop At: Almedijar, Almedijar, Province of Castellon, Valencian Country

After some 45 minutes of driving from Fanzara we will make our second stop of the tour. This time we will visit the village of Almedíjar and its cheese factory – Los Corrales. The cheeses are made with their own original recipes, developed in order to try express the reality of the landscape and the land that surrounds it. Los Corrales specialize in goat and sheep cheeses, ranging from mild ones to some really strong ones. Every cheese enthusiast will find something for their taste here. After the cheese shop we will walk for 10 minutes to get to a recreation area right outside the village to have picnic lunch surrounded by nature.

And our final stop – El Celler de la Ibola micro winery in Aín. The
winery is run by a young couple whose objective is to combat the depopulation of the municipality of Ain. The project focuses on a small winery where wines with native grape varieties are carefully handcrafted, recovering the winemaking traditions of their grandparents in the town of Aín. You will get to try 3 different wines accompanied by snacks, all of which are grown and harvested in the area.
