Meet your guide in the San Valero church to begin your guided visit to the renowned Ruzafa Market. You’ll buy all ingredients for the paella class while experience the real atmosphere of a local neighborhood market and learn about products used in the paella elaboration.

As you stroll the Ruzafa neighborhood towards the paella’s school the guide will explain you the history of this district and the transformation it has undergone in recent decades to become a fashionable area in Valencia.
Once arrived to the kitchen, your paella master will explain step by step how to prepare a genuine Valencian paella yourself. He will also talk about its history and many other interesting details. During the paella class, you will savor many delicious Spanish tapas, with sangria and soft drinks.
Finally, the time to delight in a great Valencian menu has arrived. Starters, your paella as main course, dessert and then some typical cakes with Mistela wine and coffee. You will never forget this great experience, in the land of paella dish.
