The paella class begins with the Ruzafa Market visit, at 11am. Meet your guide at the stairs of the San Valero Chuch and then you’ll visit the traditional Ruzafa Market, near to the church.

Once in the Market, you will buy the best natural products to cook your paella with an expert guide. You will listen detailed explanations about typical products of Valencian gastronomy, you will familiarize with the products to use in the paella and learn about the history of the traditional Ruzafa district. Nowaday,is an avant-garde neighborhood and a fashionable area in Valencia. It has a varied gastronomic and artistic offer and a bustling day and night activity.
