Itinerary
We will start our experience with a 10-15 minutes paddling to get everyone comfortable and balanced on the boards. After we have reached our SUP yoga spot, we will warm up our body with gentle movements and we start the practice mainly with seated and lying down postures. Once everyone feels safe on the paddle boards, we might try to balance ourselves in standing asanas too.
We close down the class with a short floating meditation, where you can completely relax your body and mind, meanwhile you will listen to the rhythm of the waves and the noises of nature. After that, we will return to Key West Bar in Palmanova where you will be able to chill out with a beautiful view overlooking the sea.
