Itinerary

As soon as you arrive at the school we will get to know each other, then we will change and go down with the material to the beach where the activity takes place. The first hour will be dedicated to the approach to yoga on the table. Once anchored on the floating platform, we will begin to practice simple asanas for everyone, to begin to become familiar with the new element on which we practice Yoga, water. you will be amazed how you will be able to practice the positions while being balanced on the table. After the Yoga time, the instructor will teach you how to row and how to stand on the board and then we’ll take a walk in the sea, on our knees or on our feet, to enjoy the ocean and train like never before, you will learn new movements and it will be an unforgettable adventure. You will also enjoy falling into the water that is part of the game, relaxation and fun are guaranteed.
