Itinerary
Discover the monofin through unique coaching lasting 1.5 hours!
This course is accessible if you know how to swim 25 m in a pool.
We will start with a general presentation of the monofin, then specific exercises outside the water (stretching, breathing techniques, …).
Following this, I will teach you the technique of swimming in a monofin! We will also do an initiation to freediving together, all in the pool or at sea.
All the necessary equipment can be provided to you at no extra charge (wetsuit, mask, monofin, etc.).
