What to Expect When Visiting Falset, Tarragona, Catalonia, Spain
You participate in a showcooking, made over a wood fire, outside a farmhouse, surrounded by olive trees and surrounded by nature. They will be in direct contact with the chef and exclusive service.
Upon arrival, they will be welcomed and the fire will be lit, with our own firewood that we have cut from our farm.
We will cook several dishes on the grill, in front of the client and in the meantime the clients will be able to interact with us or enjoy the wine from the Priorat area.
Once the starters have been eaten, we will cook the field rice, (we like to explain the origin of the products) with shoots from the neighboring vineyards and it will be eaten, either, next to the fire or inside the restaurant, depending on the time and of the number of people.
To finish they will have desserts and coffee if desired.

• Mussels, razor clams, scampi and clams cooked on the grill – Dishes cooked over a wood fire.
• Field rice – Rice from the Delta del Ebre, cooked over a wood fire, with meat, vegetables and snails.
• Assortment of cheeses with chocolate truffles – Assortment of local artisan cheeses and from the Pyrenees area, with dark chocolate truffles.
