Itinerary

Enjoy 5 days, all included where you’ll Re-Energise your biology, Re-Connect with your inspiration and Re-Ignite your FULL potential.

Every day we’ll be starting with a pre breakfast session designed to make you more resistant to injury, this is beyond simple yoga and you can expect to feel aches and pains vanish over the course of the week.

Then we’re on to breakfast, prepared by us, often using produce straight off the farm to give you energy to burn whilst also burning that fat. From breakfast we move on to one of our interactive sessions where we’ll be teaching you the principles behind keeping an active, youthful body long after you’ve left us.

Then we run you through our active recovery session so you can do the activity you love, and then do it the next day and the next without the usual aches, pains and lethargy. Now comes lunch, lovingly prepared to one of our recipes (which we’ll also be teaching you through the week so you can carry on eating this way when you get home). After that we have a bit of a break before you head off on whichever activity you’ve chosen for the day (or if you prefer to just chill out there’s plenty of time for that as well).
