Txakolí is the typical wine of the coastal area of the Basque Country and in Gaintza we have been producing txakolí for 4 generations. During this visit we will be able to observe the landscape sculpted by the activity in the vineyards, we will know the ins and outs of the elaboration of the txakoli, and we will make a tasting of the three Gaintza txakolís pairing them with traditional local products.
