Day 1: SEVILLE

Stop At: Seville, Seville, Province of Seville, Andalucia
Arrival in Seville international airport or train station and transfer to your hotel.

Day 2: SEVILLE History, Tapas & Flamenco Experience

Stop At: Triana, Seville Spain
Breakfast. Our day will begin with a route on foot or by bicycle through Seville to tour the Historical city center. We will cross the bridge to get to know the neighborhood of “Triana”, then we will return to the city center shore to enjoy the views offered by the Guadalquivir as it passes through the city and know the monuments that are located along the river: “Maestranza”, “Torre del Oro” and the Seville of the 1929 Expo: the “Plaza de España” and the María Luisa Park.
Our walk will continue with a tapas tour in some of the most characteristic taverns of the city.
After this walk and once we have quenched our appetite we will continue with a guided tour of both main monuments of the city (Cathedral and Alcazar) where we will also have time to enter the famous “Giralda”. Then we will enter the Santa Cruz neighborhood, to end the afternoon in a small Flamenco venue (“tablao”), where we will end our first day in the city.

Breakfast. Our day will begin with a route on foot or by bicycle through Seville to tour the Historical city center. Day 3: SEVILLE – THE WHITE VILLAGES – RONDA : Wine, Food and Olive Oil Experience

Stop At: Grazalema, Grazalema, Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park, Province of Cadiz, Andalucia
On our third day we will know the landscapes and mountains of the mountain ranges from Cádiz to Málaga.
After checking out in the hotel in Seville we will head south on our minivan. After crossing the countryside dotted with sunflowers and wheat, we will reach the “Grazalema” mountain range on the famous route of The White Villages. The first stop will be Zahara de la Sierra where after walking through its streets we will visit a traditional oil mill. There we will taste wine and oil from the area, after knowing all the secrets of its functioning.
After the visit we will cross again the “Grazalema” mountain range, the wettest area of Spain with a unique forest loaded with “pinsapos”, a local species of spruce. We will eat in the White Village and taste the “Payoyo” cheese, typical in the region. After lunch we will go to Ronda to tour during the afternoon this picturesque city together with our guide in the afternoon light.
Return to Seville and end of our services. Optional additional hotel night in Seville.

Day 4: . SEVILLE – ITALICA – CARMONA -CORDOBA – SEVILLE: Historical Experience

Breakfast. On our fourth day, we will get to deeply know the ancient history of Andalusia through a tour to learn about the legacy of various civilizations. After leaving the hotel in Seville we will go by minivan to the ancient Roman city of Italica, where we will see one of the largest amphitheaters in the Roman world and thus begin our journey through the history of Andalusia.
After this brief stop, we will take the old Via Augusta to head towards Carmona, known as the “Lucero” of Europe. A beautiful village and one of the oldest on the peninsula, located on the top of a hill. We will take a short walk through its whitewashed streets dotted with churches, convents and the two Alcazares, while we enjoy the beautiful views of the Guadalquivir valley.
Our route will continue to arrive in Córdoba in less than an hour. After crossing the Roman Bridge that took us to the old capital of the Roman “Betica” region we immerse ourselves in the old Jewish quarter where we will take the opportunity to eat in a traditional restaurant. After lunch and tour the streets of the old Jewish quarter we will visit the mosque with a local guide to know this monument symbol of the three cultures. In the afternoon we will return to Seville.

Complete your experience with a dive into the nature, in an excursion where you can visit the most unique landscapes of southern Andalusia: the marshlands of the Guadalquivir river and the Doñana Natural Space biosphere reserve to discover this area of great natural, historical and ethnographic value. You will also know a Bullfighting livestock farm.
The itinerary starts half an hour before dawn from April to November and about 9:30 in the morning the rest of the year.
During the summer our destination will be the northern area of the Doñana National Park: after having breakfast at the gates of the park we will ride on our 4×4 cars to tour the area where the famous Iberian lynx lives with a large number of mammals that will surprise us in this little Safari. Our destination will be the unique town of “El Rocío”, where we will see the hermitage of the Lady, and the marshlands where birds and wild horses live. Our route will continue to the beach where we will see the moving dunes and We will have the possibility of taking a bath in the sea. After eating on the beach we will return to Seville.
On our way back we will make a visit to a bull ranch where we will know the whole process of breeding the fighting bulls from the mouth of the farmer and we will see them grazing in freedom inside the different enclosures. After this experience we will return to Seville.
During the winter we will take the chance to visit the bull farm in the morning and make the route in 4×4 through the park during sunset.
