Cold:

1st Iberian acorn-fed ham from Jabugo and cured Manchego cheese

2nd Salmorejo with garlic croutons and crispy onion

3rd Shrimp salad and octopus salad

Hot:

4th Lunch (mixed paella) and dinner (gulas with shrimp)

5th Free-range chicken cannelloni with truffle

Dessert:

Fried milk on a bed of custard

Glass of cava

*Drinks included until presentation of dessert (beer, wine, soft drink, water, rebujito…)
