You will discover a unique sensory and culinary experience when you enter the door of a Basque’s Secret Gastronomic Society in Old Town (members only private club) and taste their local cheese that come from a 500 years old Basque cider house. You will then dive straight into the culinary heart of the city for a night of eating and drinking unlike any you’ve ever experienced. From fresh prawns to line-caught baby squid to perfectly charred steak, the pintxo hunt changes nightly but always features a range of traditional spots and chic, avant-garde bars. Come thirsty, too, as we’ll be pairing each pintxo with the perfect pour, from cider to local whites and reds.There is not a better overview of the local food scene

We’ll start by enjoying “txakoli”(local white wine) at the oldest wine cellar in Old Town where you will know the secret of Txakoli wine

We will then headi into hidden side-streets towards 4 of the city’s most loved pintxo bars + foodie temples. Your locacl host Luis will teach you how to ‘throw cider’ into your glasses, how to choose the best pintxos, all the while indulging in some of the best pintxos and Basque finest wines.
