We will drive 50 minutes from San Sebastian, to go deep into the mountains, in the heart of the Basque Country, where I was lucky to be born and grow. While we enjoy a very easy and beautiful walk, we will visit two rural farm-houses that are dedicated to the artisanal elaboration of food and drinks. We will get to know their lifestyle closely and throughout the morning we will not stop tasting homemade products such as cheeses, bread, sausages, eggs, vegetables, fruits, honey, flowers, wine and cider among others. Having collected the best food, we will descend to my hometown, to enjoy the atmosphere of the street while having a wine. And finally, we will go back up the mountain, to cook and enjoy a good meal together, in my gastronomic society, without missing good wines.

Sample Menu
• We will make a big brunch in the first farm house – After taking all the bread out of the oven, getting to know the cheese factory, we will make a great tasting of the best products from them.
• We will make a smaller tasting in the second farm house – While we collect the necessary products, visiting the vineyard, the orchard and the fruit trees, we will taste their best products.
• It is time to cook our lunch – We will cook in my gastronomic society, with the products collected. To enjoy a light meal with starters, a main course, a dessert, coffee, and more.
