A 3-hour workshop where you will learn, together with an experienced local pastry chef, a little bit of the history of this traditional dessert, pastry techniques, its ingredients, how it is made and assembled. You will also learn how to make each of the elements that make up this cake, which you can then use in your dishes and desserts and surprise your guests, the sponge cake, the syrup, the pastry cream and the meringue.
After making this delicious cake, how could it be less, we can taste and savor this Murcian delicacy.
