We’ll also admire the beautiful nobility houses, with their grand façades that reflect the wealth and prestige brought by the wine trade. Next, we will visit one of the island’s leading wine producers, where you’ll enjoy a tasting of various wines paired with traditional Mallorcan snacks. The staff will guide you through the differences between the wines, introduce you to the local grape varieties unique to the island, and offer tastings of both white and red wines.
You will be able to taste 5 different wines, and then you will have time to do shopping if you are interested.

We’ll take a break at Binissalem’s main square, where you can relax at one of the local cafés with a glass of wine and watch the world go by. From your seat, you’ll have a perfect view of the magnificent Church of Santa Maria de Robines, an architectural gem that dominates the square. As you unwind, you can also admire the sculptures dedicated to the village’s famous wine fair, held every September to celebrate its deep winemaking traditions.
