Stop At: Malaga Cathedral, Calle Molina Lario 9, 29015 Malaga Spain

This will be our first stop. During the muslim period it was the Main Mosque in Malaga until 1487, the day of the reconquest. Finally in 1528, the council decided to built a new Cathedral in a main renaissance style, however we can find more styles like late gothic styles, early baroque styles etc.
Today, after 255 years of construction the Cathedral remains unfinished, adopting the nick name of La Manquita (The little one-armed Lady).

Stop At: Alcazaba, Calle Alcazabilla s/n, 29015 Malaga Spain

One of the most attractive and best preserved fortress in Malaga, dating back to the 11th Century, however some parts belong to the 9th and 13th Century.
Alcazaba means Citadel

Stop At: Fundacion Picasso – Museo Natal, Plaza Merced 15, 29012 Malaga Spain

Here we will get closer to the origin of Pablo Picasso. Today it’s the Foundation Picasso Museo Casa Natal, but in 1881 it was the place where Pablo was born and started his first steps to become a world wide known artist – PICASSO.

If open, we will make a stop in this old-school covered market. It has a variety of food items and several tapas bars in a colorful setting.

Stop At: Teatro Romano de Málaga, C/ Alcazabilla, s/n, 29015 Málaga, Spain

This Roman Theatre dates back to the First Century, and has been discovered in 1951, while building the Culture Club on it..
