Madrid Trip Overview
When I visit a new city or country, my goal is always to find the authentic traditions and gastronomy of the region. However, finding the authentic places is completely difficult, especially in Madrid, because it is a very touristy city.
In our tapas tasting activity, we are going to get to know and taste the authentic Madrid, where the locals go to go tapas (taste tapas), drink and enjoy the city.
We will visit the local businesses and taste the authentic Spanish food. Croquettes, oysters, chistorra, wine, other dishes will accompany our evening.

What to Expect When Visiting Madrid, Comunidad de Madrid, Spain

In our Tasting Tour we are going to visit three of the main bars or taverns in traditional Madrid, we will make three stops and in each one we are going to taste the best tapas in the area.
The experience that I have created is based on experiences as a local and seeks to be an activity in which the food is authentic and traditional, avoiding being touristy.
