We’ll travel in an air-conditioned vehicle to the appellation of Rueda.
Our next stop will start in the vineyard where we’ll discuss the cycle of the vine before heading back to the winery for tasting of three wines.
Lunch
We head for lunch to a restaurant with one Michelin star to enjoy a tasting menu with wine pairing.
Our first visit will be at a historic winery with ties to the monks where we’ll visit the underground cellars before witnessing a vinification process where wine is oxidised outside in demijons, somethin not largely practiced today, but a very important piece of history in Rueda. After a tour of the winery, we’ll doing a guided tasting.
We;ll head back to our pickup point to finish the tour.
