You can recognize us because we’ll be holding a big SIGN that says free tour on it and wearing the red t-shirt/jacket (on winter look only for the sign) both with the MADride travel logo (THE BEAR).
WE DO NOT USE umbrellas of any colour!
We normally wait some extra minutes in case someone is late due to unexpected events, after some courtesy time (maximum 10 minutes) out of respect for the rest of the people, we must start. Feel free to contact us to check where the group is, but keep in mind that the guides won’t be checking much the phone while they are with group.
