We start at Plaza San Miguel, and continue towards Calle Cuchilleros, former place of residence of the guild workers of knives.
Then we will visit the Plaza de Puerta Cerrada, the Plaza de la Villa, where we can see some medieval buildings that are still preserved, such as the Torre de los Lujanes, the Royal Palace (the largest in Western Europe), the Almudena Cathedral, Plaza de España, the Temple of Debod (Egyptian temple given to Spain by the government of that country), the beautiful Paseo del Pintor Rosales and the green Parque del Oeste.
We will then return to the Jardines de Oriente, towards Arenal Street and visit the Puerta del Sol, where the symbol of Madrid is located: El Oso and El Madroño.
Finally we will visit the Plaza Mayor, the neuralgic center of old Madrid, to then head towards our meeting point.
