The dish consists of 150 gr tuna with which we prepare 1 spicy tuna tartar on a slice of lime, 1 seasoned tuna tartar on a slice of lime, tuna sashimi, a wakame salad with salmon roe and sesame with wasabi and bull sashimi. The tasting includes a glass of wine of your choice: red, white, sparkling or dry sherry.
