I am Alessandra and my first contact with yoga was when I needed to improve constant pain in the spine, anxiety and stress in 2009. During this period I worked in a nursing home and psychiatric hospital in Brazil.
Living and working with mental illness and the aging process for 6 years has made me develop a true passion in seeking quality of life. So I studied Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, Tantra, Herbalism, Astrology, Ayurveda and Reiki. I have specialized in adapting therapeutic practice to all people with the help of knowledge in different natural therapies in order to explore the potentialities in their individualities.
I feel that my soul mission is to share my lifestyle; I am a vegan, she practiced mindful consumption and I want to plant the seed of the routine practice of yoga philosophy in her life.

My private yoga practice is a therapy, not just a regular physical session. I use aromatherapy techniques, ayurveda, tantra, mindful eating and medicinal plants.
We have the support of an agenda where we can root philosophy in your life in an organized and conscious way.

No problem if you have never practiced yoga. I will teach you how to connect to yogic philosophy in a practical and effective way. The first steps will be through conscious breathing, stretching and strengthening the physical body, observing the emotions, and focusing the mind on the present moment, we balance our vital energy. So we can develop a plan so that you can focus on being the best version of yourself.

For experienced practitioners the plan is to evolve and deepen the practice of challenging postures and self-knowledge and acceptance for the development and expansion of consciousness.
