10:00: Our classes begin with a warm-up and a brief theoretical explanation…
We’re going to the water to practice.
12:00 – 12:30 Break
12:30 Warming up, stretching, easy exercises, 2nd theoretical and practical part on the beach…in the water!! Surfing under personal attention and correction of individual errors.
14.30 Return to CalimaSurf
