“Camino de Santiago” is the most important pilgramage route in the North of Spain, and in the whole Europe, since the Medieval Age. Santo Domingo de la Calzada is a town born in the XI Century dedicated to host and help the pilgrims on their way. Its Cathedral preserves one of the most beautiful examples of the Romanesque arquitechture and sculpture in Spain.
