Finally, we go over to the practical oenology and taste three different sherry wines to a tapa in a typical bar 🙂 That will give you an impression of the diversity of these unique wines, from the pale straw yellow and absolutely dry Fino to the dark and very sweet Pedro Ximénez, and learn how it arises.
