In the hands of a chef specialized in haute cuisine we will make a tasting menu called “World Tour” with which we will taste different dishes of international cuisine.
Finally we will live the experience as intensely as possible by spending a night at the farm and having breakfast the next day seeing the impressive views of the Sierra de Tramuntana.
The Gastro Experience consists of living an experience in a rustic farm of 86 hectares that offers total intimacy and privacy.
Arrival around 5pm. you leave the suitcase and take a walk around.
20h. Start of dinner by a chef who offers a tasting menu with wine pairing.
22’15h. end of dinner. You spend the night at the farm
Breakfast kit the next day with local and oven products. You prepare it with views of the Sierra de Tramuntana.
Departure at 12pm.

Served with crackers
• Asian ssam – Iberian pork skewers with Asian sauce
Iberian pork, mussels, buds, pickled onion, mint and a secret sauce.
