In the city center, we will taste some of the typical products made by hand in the province of Granada and we will head towards the Plaza de las Pasiegas to admire the monumental Cathedral of Granada and learn more about the nerve center of the city. We will conclude our visit in a bar with typical gastronomy.

Stop At: Carrera del Darro, Granada Spain
Our tour will begin here and we will walk through the street Carrera del Darro until we reach the Paseo de los Tristes, where we can contemplate a different view of the Alhambra. Along the way, we will get to know all the places of interest in this part of the Albayzin.

Stop At: Casa del Chapiz, Cuesta Chapiz 22, 18010 Granada Spain
Walking until we reach the Casa del Chapiz, we will be able to know in depth this main artery of the Albayzin neighborhood in Muslim times. In this part of the visit, we will see what the Moorish houses were like, we will meet a unique character from Granada’s history and we will talk about the merchants.

Stop At: Mirador de San Nicolas, Calle Espaldas a San Nicolas s/n, 18009 Granada Spain
At our highest point of the visit, we will contemplate the best known panoramic view of Granada, with the imposing Alhambra just opposite. We will talk about this palatine city and some other monuments that we find around this viewpoint. From here, we will start going down, discovering other viewpoints and streets of interest.

We will visit one of the streets with the most character in the city that takes us back to ancient times and where it seems that we are in a souk in Marrakech.

We will visit this old “alhóndiga”, where merchants stayed during their trips to Granada to buy or sell merchandise. We will continue our visit to the Alcaicería, the old silk market.

From the outside, we will contemplate the monumental Cathedral of Granada and we will talk about the importance of this area in different times. In addition, we can see the place where we can find today the mortal remains of the Catholic Monarchs and some of their descendants.
