A two and a half hour tour of the winery that begins with a walk through the historic Señorío de Otazu built in the Middle Ages. Along the way, you can admire the 12th century Romanesque church, the 14th century dovecote tower and the 16th century palace.

Stop At: Bodega Otazu, Senorio de Otazu s/n, 31174 Otazu, Etxauri Spain
Afterwards, we visit the old 19th century winery building, converted into a wine museum and the contemporary art spaces of the Otazu Foundation, awarded the “A” Prize for Collecting 2020, granted by the ARCO Foundation. Likewise, the new facilities of the winery are shown, where the impressive barrel room known as “the Cathedral of Wine”, the production room and the wine cemetery stand out. This visit ends with a tasting of 3 wines, each paired with an elaborate and specially selected pintxo.
