Itinerary

Yoga class will start with setting an intention for a practice/day. We will continue with a gentle flow into mindful movement and sun salutation practice. As we connect breath and movement, we dive into more intense positions and stretches with hands-on adjustments, finishing off with calming relaxation and meditation. The practice is graceful and healing, bringing peace to your mind and revive your body. While the Sun goes up, we shift our level of energy and we welcome a day with open heart, clear mind and smile on the face. This session is suitable for everyone, and adapt to your individual needs and abilities. Kids are welcome.
