The experience starts with a meeting at Santiago’s Church, traditional church in one of the most gitano’s neighborhoods of Jerez: Santiago. After an introduction of the historical importance of this neighborhood for the gypsies, you will walk around Santiago and San Mateo neighborhoods until arrive at a Peña Flamenca to see the Bailaora in action.

At the Peña Flamenca you will have the opportunity to learn some basic steps and rhythms of flamenco and see how the Bailaora dances and teaches her technics. You will accompany the Bailaora and dive in her world, visiting sites that are important and significant for her. You will have the chance to see and live Jerez through her eyes. You will also discover the amazing environment of a Tabanco with live flamenco and sherry wine.
*The Bailaora only speaks Spanish, you will have a guide during all tour translating her to your chosen language.
