Itinerary
In the first part of the class we will present the material, the group and the monitor.
We will make an introduction with the winds and the technique in the school on a blackboard.
Then we will go to the arena to explain the technique and water safety.
We will enter the water to implement everything explained!
We will return to school after an hour of class where we will have showers and changing rooms.
