This former industrial district is full of treasures, such as modern parks, neoclassical cemeteries, street art, superblocks, and dazzling new architectural projects. Its quieter than the centre and ideal for cycling around.
Built for the 1992 Olympic Games this shining white marina transformed Barcelona’s coast and is full of bars, clubs and modern sculptures… like Frank Gehry’s golden fish.
No cycle ride in Barcelona is complete without a ride along the beach. We normally reserve this route for the way home, enjoying the sun on our faces and the carnival atmosphere of this crazy playa.
