Casa Mila is one of the most striking and unusual works by the great Catalan architect Antoni Gaudi.
Curved lines of the facade, intricate shapes of the pipes on the roof, rooms that do not have any right angles at all… You have hardly seen anything like this before.
Built by order of a local businessman, Señor Mila, the house annoyed contemporaries so much that it was nicknamed the quarry (La Pedrera). However, today it is a world-famous masterpiece, in which, among other things, Antonio Gaudi really went ahead of his time.
In addition to its unusual design, the house is equipped with the first underground parking in Barcelona, as well as a natural ventilation system.
During this tour, you will walk through the interior of the Mila house, admire the unusual furniture created by Antoni Gaudi himself, and also climb the roof, which looks like an outlandish garden.
