To accompany the alcohol, we recommend ordering several tapas. Here is a wonderful beef ham “cecina”, “pan con tomate” – slices of bread, grated with tomato, cabrales cheese. However, mind that it is a very strong cheese with mold. If mold is not to your liking, try something more classic, the deliciously aged manchego cheese.
