After welcoming you with a freshly made paella and special regional appetizers, we teach you how to prepare a delicious sangria that you can prepare for your own guests at home. Once you have raised your sugar levels again, we will guide you step by step through the cooking process of an original and authentic Valencian paella. After you learn how to cook this, no other style of paella will resist your skills. Finally, in a happy and relaxed atmosphere, you can eat your paella and taste that of others, while you chat and make new friends in the course. To finish, we present two classic regional desserts for you to enjoy with a cup of coffee or tea, while we carry out the closing ceremony in which you will receive a certificate as a paella master chef, with the recipe, for you to prepare. Your friends and family will envy your newly acquired culinary skills.
